Shipping Information
Shipping charges are a low flat rate, no matter how many items you buy. Orders are shipped anywhere worldwide.
US Orders
RahCentric ships all packages via USPS. Choose between First Class*, Priority Shipping or Express Mail. Approximate transit times are posted after each shipping option. Orders are processed and shipped 3-5 business days after orders are placed and payment is received (not including weekends and holidays). This quote does not include the 3-5 day processing time in our studio. All orders include a Delivery Confirmation.
*First Class orders weigh 13oz or under. Any orders over 13oz will be upgraded to Priority shipping.

Customer satisfaction is a priority. All purchases can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your item. After 30 days your purchase can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Just send an email to Customer Care within the established time frame to initiate a return. Please include your name, email, phone number and order number. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

I need my jewelry urgently! Can you expedite my order?
Absolutely! If you need your jewelry by a certain date, email me first at customercare@rahcentric.com to make sure I can accommodate your request, and we can discuss upgrading your shipping to faster method.

Orders shipped outside of the US may incur a customs fee before you can pick up your package. This fee is imposed by your country for importing goods, and there are different rules and amount limits for each country. Please check your country's customs fee rules before purchasing your items.
International Orders: Can you report a lesser item value when shipping?
All items will be marked with the accurate item value when shipped. There are no exceptions to this.
Repair Policy
Each piece of jewelry is handmade for durability, but sometimes things happen. Repairs are free if you need an adjustment, or your jewelry breaks during normal wear within one year. After a year, you may incur a small fee (dependent on the nature of the materials). Buy covers shipping both ways for repairs.
